Our "TERRIFIC KID"...

Each month every teacher at Hemby Bridge Elementary chooses one student from their class to be recognized as a "TERRIFIC KID".

The Monroe Kiwanis Club sponsors this program and they join the Principal in awarding the student during a special breakfast each month.

Well, Josh was the Terrific Kid nominated in his class this month so I've snapped some shots to share the moment with you...

Above is a picture of Josh's 3rd grade teacher, Mr. Hayden.

For you Grandparents (who I know are so proud) I've scanned the written words that Mr. Hayden wrote about Josh so you could enjoy that like Dave and I did.

Just in case your eyes aren't serving you well, here's what it says:

"Josh is a responsible and motivated student. He puts forth his best effort on all class assignments. He is helpful to staff and students and is a wonderful model for behavior. He exhibits all qualities of a Terrific Kid and has a very bright future ahead."
