I've been gone too long...

I'm so sorry to those of you who check here daily to see if I've updated my blog. I've been busy in the last week keeping Ms. Heather healthy and shuffling my schedule around to do so. It seems finding time to post a blog becomes less of a priority then getting to bed at night so I can function the next day.
For those of you who DO visit my blog everyday to see if I've posted....PLEASE LEAVE ME COMMENTS and let me know you've been here. That gives me incentive to continue to post cause it's no fun to post a blog when you think no one reads it...leave comments, it's easy!

So, now to update you - Josh has been playing basketball through SOAR Sports for a couple of weeks. His team this year seems so much more experienced and they've actually won some games. Seems Josh always gets on the team with all the beginners somehow and then they lose every game. Not the case this season he has a really well formed team!
Here's just a few shots that I've taken during his games. My camera is the worst in gym lighting so I apologize for the quality of the pics - JOSH IS #13

Both teams pray together before every game along with coaches and Referees

ANOTHER UPDATE...This Friday night I had plans with Tara and Tina. Tara and I used to go to church together and we both taught at Carmel WEE School years ago. We were very close friends and then Tara and her family had to move to Pawley's Island, SC. We haven't seen each other in about 5 years. Tina was Tara's Director in Mary Kay for years until Tara moved and turned over her customers to Tina.

Tara was in town for her daughter's cheerleading competition so we decided to get together and catch up.

It happened to be Madison's 12th birthday so the waiter brought her a shake to celebrate.
Happy 12th Birthday Madison!
My Trusted Business Partner X3...
(TINA AND I)
I truly can't say enough about this woman! She has been a mentor of mine for a while now and I've learned so much from her. She has been an entrepenuer for 19+ years now and the way she does business is why she's been so successful. You know those pink cadillacs that you hear about - Mary Kay Cadillacs, well she has earned 6 in her years in business, the proof of her success. But the thing is - she is the most generous and patient person I've ever met, truly! She is a giver and she gives willingly knowing it's not hers to begin with but hers to share.
She's not pushy and she believes she has a message of health to share and if you hear and receive the message then she can and will help you. She goes above and beyond to help people. In all the years I've known her (10) I have never seen her act in greed, manipulate or deceive anyone and it is truly refreshing to be partnered with a like minded person. Her faith is important to her and she lives her life to reflect that with no apologies.
Two of the businesses that we are partnered in involve Health and Wellness. Tina is truly the picture of health and I continue to learn from her, benefiting my family and friends as I share what I've learned.
She's truly a blessing to me and an answer to prayer!
