Heading to Ohio...

Heading North tomorrow.

Friday, Dave will take his West Virginia State Board Exam for Surveying - FINALLY - he's been studying non-stop for months!

After his test on Friday evening we'll drive another 6 hours to my parents' house.

On Saturday we have an appt with Senior Helpers. They are a service that provides In Home Care/Respite care for seniors. I've been working with a gentleman by the name of Bob Hoorman who has been an invaluable resource for us as we consider options for my parents.

After we meet with Senior Helpers we're going to get my Mother packed for their journey to Florida during the cold winter months. Then, just hang out and visit with family the rest of the evening.

Sunday AM we'll be back on the road heading for NC!

Heather will stay here in NC as she needs to work, volunteer and continue her classes (honors classes) without interruption.

Thank you to Gwen and Bryan and The McVey family for providing the peace of mind knowing Heather will be well taken care of while we're gone.
Thank you to Celinda, Evan and Elise and Karen for caring for our other family member - Missi! She'll never even know we're gone because of the way you all love on her! We appreciate all your help!

I've been told they're expecting snow flurries in Ohio on Saturday - WHAT? Not while I'm in town they better not! I'm from the South and I don't like COLD!

I'll update you when I return!
